“Memorial” is a ceremonial exhibition arrangement, where the companies specializing in that field show their developments and establish business connections. “Stone Working-2018” provides a unique possibility for establishing direct contacts between the companies engaged in natural stone mining and working, production of equipment and tools and their potential customers and partners.

The agenda includes seminars, a roundtable discussion, master classes and competitions for certificates.

The exhibition is accompanied by gross billing and informational support. The information on the exhibition can be found on the radio and TV, city billboards, in metro, on internet resources, it is published in specialized and mass printed media.

Print out an invitation card received by e-mail and show it at the entrance. You can also buy a ticket at the entrance.
The price is 5.00 BYR (full cost), and 1.00 BYR - favourable cost (for all preferential categories of people).

The 1-st dayWednesday. February 15
  • 10:00 - Start of the exhibition. During whole day: viewers voting in the following contests - "Best monument", "Mourning textiles", "Memorial flowers".
  • 12.00 - 16.00 - "Photoschool No.1". The work of the nontrivial photo-zone, photo and video shooting of the participants and master-class of ritual photography from Mr. Andrei Dubinin.
  • 13.00 - Official opening. Dance miniature performed by Olga Labovkina.
  • 13.30 - 15.00 - International round table "Tendencies in the ritual sphere: international interaction and prospects".
    Among the participants, there are representatives of the funeral services' associations from Belarus, Lithuania, Poland, Latvia and other countries.
  • 15.00 - 16.00 - The round table and press conference on the matter of existing legislation in the ritual sphere: "The use of the legislative documents and its application in the sphere of ritual services in Belarus. Main questions, problems and prospects".
  • 16.00 - 17.00 - "Best monument" project's presentation by the participants of the contest.
The 2-nd dayThursday. February 16
  • 10:00 - Start of the exhibition. During whole day: viewers' voting in the following contests - "Best monument", "Mourning textiles", "Memorial flowers".
  • 10.30 - 11.00 - The presentation of the companies.
  • 11.00 - 12.00 - Master class on the internet marketing and promotion of the ritual services and products in the internet from the company "MAXI.BY MEDIA", the partner of the exhibition.
  • 11.30 - 14.00 - On-line contest "Mourning textiles". Upholstering and coffin's decoration on real time conditions.
  • 12.00 - 14.00 - "How not to bury the business".

  • 12.00 - 18.00 - "Photoschool No.1".

Frequently asked questions about the exhibition

During the exhibition tickets will be available in the box office near the entrance to the exhibition centre “BelExpo” (Minsk, Nezavisimosty, 127).
You can also book a free invitation card in advance, but not later than November 23, 2015. To do this, fill in the form ORDER AN INVITATION CARD.

You can also fill in the application form and send it to info@exposystems.by. When the Organizing Committee receives the form you will be contacted by a manager of OOO “ExpoSystems” for confirmation of your application and finalizing of the details.

Cost of participation comprises pay of the following:

Application fee – 170 EUR
It is compulsory for companies having physical presence at the exhibition. The fee includes: general advertising service, 5 single invitation tickets, accreditation of 2 company’s representatives providing permanent passes to the exhibition and invitations to formal occasions, introduction of a brief profile in the catalogue and on the organiser’s web-site, one exhibition catalogue, one invitation ticket to a business-cocktail.

Equipped stand – closed equipped exhibition area, wall blocks, a fascia panel with a title up to 20 symbols, 1 lamp for every 3 m of stand area, wall-mounted hanger, 1 table 80х80 cm, 2 semi-soft chairs, a wastepaper basket.

Non-equipped stand – exhibition area, 1 table 80х80 cm, 2 semi-soft chairs.

Virtual participation has a fixed cost of 125 EUR. This form of participation presupposes presentation of booklets, commercial offers, samples of the Participant’s goods on a corporate stand “VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION”. The area for advertising material should not exceed 1m2. Or it is possible to organize the distribution of promotional print by promoters or representatives of the company (without provision of separate area and furniture). The information on the Participant is placed in the official exhibition catalogue in the alphabetic list. Each Participant is given an example of the official exhibition catalogue.

Additional services and equipment are provided at extra charge according to the price list. The price list can be sent to you by your request.

Check-in and installation of the exhibition traditionally takes place one day before the beginning of the event. Registration of the participants and check-in will be organized on February 24, 2017 from 11:00 to18:00.

For the registration it is necessary to have:
